What Causes Vertigo And Low BP?

My husband has had Vertigo for 3 days and it just won’t let go. He’s 69 and had a heart attack 7 years ago and had 4 stints put in. He hasn’t had anymore trouble since that episode. See’s his heart Dr every year and has his pro time monthly. His blood pressure tonight was 81/38. Started taking his blood pressure when he’s Vertigo started just for our peace of mind. 133/61 at the beginning of this Vertigo. Should I be concerned ? He’s very tried from fighting this bout because it (Vertigo)has never been more than a day . I’m getting really worried about this,Thank you for helping. Peggy Johnson Sorry, but I had no idea I needed a credit card,Thank you anyway, I had no idea this cost, hopefully I didn’t waste your time.
