What Causes Giddiness On Sudden Movements And Tinnitus?

i,ve been suffering from giddyness on sudden movements for the last 5 weeks , i fisrt noticed this after a deep tissue massage i had , i'm guessing the practitioner has created an imbalance in my neck muscles ?I am also experiencing bouts of high pitched tinnitus!

Hi welcome to HCM....

Yes as you are suspecting sometime trauma can lead to dizziness.....

Here you might have peripheral vertigo that should be investigated through detail history , vestibular function test , ontological test , otoscopy etc....

According to cause suspected through examination , further treatment given like by antihistaminic promethazine tablet as vestibular suppresrnt. ....

Bed rest given ....

If labyrinthitis there you might need short term steroid use ....

Avoid stress, smoking , alcohol .....

Get your blood pressure and sugar level checked ....

Advise : ENT surgeon consultation...
