i have glans either side of my mouth, i have thyroid is this thyroid glands, its for 14 years it seen i m taking thyroid tablets and i have shown to the ent specialist he said because of acidity throught became infection he adviced to take omeg whren i take this its ok and do the gargles and also bot side of the ear getting pain , 4 years before i have shown to doctor this case , so what should i do i have also a hernya prolem surgeon adviced me when the count of thyroid became low then only the surgeory for hernya will be made . thanks pls give the reply
Yes, there can be a throat problem due to acidity. you can start with antacid treatment the doctor has prescribed for managing it and then work on lifestyle modification for controlling acidity. Take less food than required. Drink less water immediately after meals. Drink water as required after an hour after having meals. Stay awake for 2 hours after having meals. Avoid spicy food.
