What Causes Gradual Loss Of Weight Even After Stopping Green Tea Pill?

i am 27 mam for tow babyies i did c sacation for birth for both efter one year from delivering my second baby i used green tea pil to loose waight and i losset all the waight that i need but i am keeping loosing waight even i stoped taking those pil i need to gain some waight a little but i couldnt what ever how much i eat i am still loosing waight with out taking the pil i start to take one day vitamin to help my gain some waight but it does not help what i should do because i am very skinny now ? thank you

If you are unintentionally losing weight with no change in diet or physical activity then it may be best to see your doctor for an check up.

Unintentional weight loss should always be assessed.

Increasing your calorie intake would help with weight gain. This means increasing portion sizes , the frequency of meals would help.

Adding oils, butter, dressings and peanut butter to meals to increase calorie value may also help.
