What Causes Grain Size Opening With Bleeding After Pilonidal Surgery?

hello doctor, i had my pilonidal surgery done a month ago.the incision line after sutures were removed looks great ecept from one spot which has rice grain sized opening.initially i had a very tiny little spot of blood on my gauze everyday but from the past 2-3 days i m noticing yellow color spot without any odor of the same size.i dont have fever or any other discomfort.Please tell me whether i have purulent discharge and should contact my physician immediately?

Thanks for the query.
It could be small hematoma( blood collection) or an early sign of the infection.
Consult a general surgeon and get evaluated. If there is blood or pus underneath the skin cover, it has to be drained.
