What Causes Greasy Stool Along With Abdominal Bloating And Flatulence?

My poop is coming out in a messy pile, very soft but some has form to it, kind of looks like a toblerone bar, triangle shape with 3 edges. Very sticky to the t bowl. And wet or greasy looking on t paper. I have really bad smelling gas and bloating, also I have been burping alot, I have a lump in my throat like I m gonna vomit but am not nauseous. Just when I burp, food is trying to come back up.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

* The common cause of the greasy stool with abdomen bloating is malabsorption syndrome, digestive enzyme disturbances, liver, pancreas related issues or else.
* I recommend a systemic work up with history, physical examination, lab tests, ultrasound with or without colonoscopy for best evaluation of the case.

Thanks and Regards,
