What Causes Green Colored Stool Along With Diarrhea And Stomach Pain?

I have dark green poop, my anal itches and hurts i feel like i have to run to the bathroom all the time but nothing comes out usually i have to force it, i have major stomach pains every once in a while, sometimes dierra then its fine the next time every once in a while i feel a little nausea
