What Causes Green Colored Stool During Pregnancy?

I am having loose green stools for the last 5 days. My stomach feels somewhat upset at times also. I feel as though my intestines are full of this green stool and not completely emptying. I am also, 25 weeks pregnant with my second child. I am 36 years old. Should I contact my OB or what could the cause be. Thanks

Hello, it is not normal to have it so get an ultrasound for whole abdomen as soon as possible
