What Causes Green Colored Stool To A 2 Year Old?

my grandson is 2years and 7mths,and is allergic to milk.He is not drinking much water,but drinks it in juice form.
He has a bowel problem where at times he will take a few days to pass stool.He doesn't eat much at times. Now I notice his stool is green .He was on antibiotics,but that didn't help.Can you explain the cause of this green stool.Also he is gaining weight slowly.

Green stools may occur due to infection, alteration in the diet and indigestion.
Continue feeding as usual and give more fluids to prevent dehydration.
Sporolac one sachet may be given daily.
