What Causes Green Colored Stools To The Baby?

we got stool test done for our baby after his stool turned green . His pus cells was found to be 8-10 . we are giving this Entrozol ( as per our doctor) and he was k after that, but the pus cells count is changing and greenish im not using any milk products now and i want to know the reson for this

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
The cause for green colored motion may be infection or indigestion or change of formula.
If the stool contains reducing substances you have to avoid milk(lactose) products.
Other wise milk can be given safely.
