I went to the Dr s with green stool, a fever and pain in my lower left abdomen. For about 2-3 months, I haven t been eating bread because it makes me nauseous. I get a feeling in the pit of my gut like it gets stuck or something. Its weird... I get nauseous often and can t eat certain foods. I wake up in the middle of the night with nausea only resolved by taking an extremely hot bath... I had my blood drawn, tests for everything came back normal. I had a ct scan where they saw what they described as a tubular like structure on my left side, possible hydrosalpinx. Then I had an internal sonogram where they determined it was a prominent uterine vein draining to the left vasculartube. I also have multiple cysts on my ovaries and free fluid in my pelvis. The Dr believes the other stuff, diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, not being able to eat certain things, etc is all brought on by depression, anxiety and stress. Could it be something more serious than that? Or should I try the xanax for anxiety and zofran for depression... I don t really want to take meds, but I want to get better. Just need a second opinion
