firstly, green color is usually a "NORM". green leafy vegetables, flavored food/drinks may lead to green colored stool.
Differentials for your current medical scenario- specs of blood in stool: infection,
inflammatory bowel disease,
colitis, hemorrhoids ( esp with
constipation). you did not mention if you have a history constipation or not.
Cancer is very UNLIKELY with your current presentation and short acute history.
However, symptoms should be investigated properly to reach a conclusion.
Considering your presentation and history.
if your age is >55, i would strongly recommend you to fix an appointment with gastroenterologist and undergo endoscopic examination
(
esophagogastroduodenoscopy and
colonoscopy). The endoscopic examination will give a better picture of most of the anatomical gastrointestinal tract.
