What Causes Greenish Stools In A 7 Month Old?

My baby is 7 months old now she is have lose motions since two and a half weeks now . the stool is sometimes slimy greenis and sometimes brown. the problem is the moment she passes motion if we do not wash it she develops bad rash in the genetal area as well as the bottom part which is painful for her. Kindly suggest me a remedy.
