What Causes Greenish Watery Stool?
My 19 month old daughter is having watery poo (green colour) and a bit high temperature, she seems to be ok but time to time she starts doing poo and it's green colour and watery, for almost 2 days she's having this problem is it due to a food allergy?

Your daughter is suffering from stomach infection ( gastrointestinal tract infection )
Give her antibiotic + prebiotic + zinc syrup.At home give her lots of water,apple, banana, pomogranate, Marie biscuits, arrowroot kanji,rice based food and ORS.don't give fruit juices,sweetened water,coffee, glucon d
She should be fine in a couple of days
