Hello,

Based on your history, symptoms, and physical profile, at 75 kg, the extra weight adds pressure on hip joints, especially in postures like cross-legged sitting or mounting a bike. Sciatica during pregnancy may have stressed your pelvis and sacroiliac joints. poor alignment or strain can cause pain to the groin, lower back, buttocks or thighs.

Get clinically examined by an orthopedic specialist, get an X-ray of the pelvis/hip (to check for arthritis, impingement). Get an MRI (if needed) to look at labrum, soft tissues. Get connected to a Physical therapist who will help you lose weight, he will help you strengthen the glutes, core, and hip stabilizers.

Stretch tight areas like hip flexors, piriformis, adductors should always be done under the observation of a Physical therapist for best results. Include turmeric and omega 3 fatty acids in your regular diet. To get relieve from pain you can take Combiflam or Ibuprofen, once daily for 10 days after meals.

Your groin joint pain is most likely coming from a hip joint issue, strain from past sciatica or pregnancy, hip impingement or early arthritis. You are very young to get these symptoms, be patient with yourself. Get evaluated by an orthopedist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
