What Causes Growling Stomach After Eating And Anal Itching?

I am Freedom. I am 31 years, 5ft8 in height and I weigh 56kg. For some time I have been having a growling stomach which immediately I start eating. It also makes noise when I am not eating. It started after I took ciprofloxacin. Sometimes I have heart burn. I also found out that my food don t digest very well. I have taken drugs for worm but it has not stopped. Sometimes I feels itches in my anus. Please help.

You have problem of indigestion and anal itching problem.

Stomach pain and indigestion is indicate infection in digestive system.
Gastritis or gastric ulcer may cause pain and bloting stomach. Diahorrea may present.

Stool examination test is helpful for diagnosis.
Itching around anus region may be because of anal fissure.
Some time infection like pinworm lead to itching.
Anoscopy is helpful for further diagnosis.
