What Causes Grumbling And Pain Near Diaphragm?

Night before last my stomach, high, near the diaphragm started grumbling with pain which causes chills to cascade throughout my body when the grumbling is going on. It woke me up 2 times last night. No change in bowels but it makes me feel nauseous when it is happening then it will pass and I ll be okay again. Has happened 3-4 times today.

Dear- this situation could be secondary to gas, but sometimes, gallbladder problems like gallstone can produce these symptoms. If still happening, I would recommend to see a gastroenterologist and have an abdominal ultrasound.
