What Causes Gurgling In Stomach With Nausea And Gas?
I have had loud gurgling in my stomach for about 2 months now. It never used to do this. There is no pain, but there is nausea and gas. My doctor did nothing. She just said to drink lots of water and eat fruits and vegetables. Could I have intestinal worms? I am 31, 5'9" and 217lb.

I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms are not due to the worms but it could be due to dyspepsia, hunger, nonspecific, just be patience and no need to be over active or conscious, just have light diet, if not taken food by mouth then eat something, it is the self limiting condition soon it will be fine, but it is not the worm infestation hope this information helps
