What Causes Gurgling Noises In Stomach?

I get gurgling noises coming from my stomach just below my rib cage, occasionaly a slight pain but not very much and I feel bloated, this is usually worse before I eat, and they sometimes feel like spasms and can feel very uncomfortable, they usually start on the right hand side and also lots of wind.
