What Causes Gurgling Sounds In Stomach?

under my left side under the belly button always noises and liquid sounds and gurgling always feel like trapped acidic gas belches etc and not a pain but a very annoying feeling that come sand goes and last for days at a time and then reoccurs a week later same cycle over and over begins usually in am hours like 5am or usually after eating breakfast and then will hear stomach noises for an hour exact location of annoying feeling is lower left quadrant underneath belly button were the pubic region begins nothing showed up in my bloodwork please help out
