What Causes Hand Tremors, slurred Speech And Disorientation?

Hi i am inquiring about my dad he is 51 years old has type 1 diabetes and hypertension. A little while ago he had his insulin medication (HumalogMix 25) and antihypertensive (Perindopril). Before dinner his bsl was 5.2 and now he appears confused, disorientated, slightly sweaty, pale, increased heart rate, decreased temperature and has slight slurred speech and hand tremors and he also does not know where he is. My mum said that this is normal that he is usually okay in a 20 minutes or so that he should just eat something. What could be wrong with him besides hypoglycaemia?
