What Causes Hard Brown Stools While On Antibiotics?

Hi. I am 36 years old female with 10 years of symptoms and finally a Lyme dx today. I am concerned about antibiotics treatment because of severe Herx reactions ( I have had them when taking antibiotics for other dx). Biggest concern is when I take strong antibiotics I get coffee grind spots in my stool - blood. What causes this? It goes away 1-2 weeks after stopping antibiotics. I have a 7 year dx of Addison's Disease as well.
