What Causes Hard Bumps On Face?

My 4 year old has these hard bumps on her face next to her nose. They are black on top and some of them pop by them selves and this hard thing comes out of her pours. The doctor told me it is ecxema, but it looks different than what I have seen. She gave me the topical cream for it but it doesn t work. They are mostly on one side of her face but are spreading to the other side of her nose.

They usually pass off spontaneously.
If not consult dermatologist.
