What Causes Hard Lump On Cheek Bone After Having Seizure?

I had a seizure on January 17th. I was standing up outside and fell on the left side of my face. The scabbing and swelling has subsided but there is still now about a slightly larger then mable size hard lump on my cheek bone. I was wondering what this lump could possibly be and whether or not to be concerned with it.

hello thanks fr consulting at hcm..lump on cheek bone could be hematoma,,and it could be fractre of that region,, kindly consult an oral surgeon for an xray, and check up and treatment..hope it helps,,tc
