What Causes Hard Spots On Penile Frenulum?
Uhm, hi. I'm 14, not too long ago I noticed these little, hard spots on my penile frenulum. There are about 8-10 of these white spots. I have never had sex, though it may not be relivant, i do get sexual.
If you have any idea what these bumps are, could you please tell me, and tell me how to treat it myself without going to the doctors about it? Thanks.
