What Causes Hard Stool, Belching, Nausea And Increased Heart Rates?

Hi. I have a problem with my stomach with the following symptoms which I can not understand: hard stool, belching, nausea, increased heart rates. I had undergone full haemogram test last month but indicated I was okey. i was advised to take amoeba drugs but this condition started again. The problem is worse when i take milk tea. Please advise.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history hard stool, belching, nausea, increased heart rate, full hemogram is normal, was advised amoeba drug but the condition recurred. The problem is worse when you take milk.
All your history is indicative of a few things as follows:
You might have been suffering from amoebiasis that is why you improved on previously. Certainly you can take the same medicines. Best way is to go for the tests of stool on 3 consecutive days.
Further treatment be done as per the reports.
Secondly, it is possible that you have an allergy with milk and milk products.
You have to stop all the milk and milk products.
Simultaneously you can take Mild laxative to have soft motions, PPI to take care of acidity and Domperidone for belching. You will need a prescription from your local Doctor.
For the increased heart rate, you need cardiological evaluation and further management as per the results.
