What Causes Hard Stools With Uncomfortable Feeling With No Bleeding?

Hello Sir, hope you are doing well. i just to confirm from you, i have to facing issue with Stool its so hard and after passing stool, i am facing some uncomfortable but no bleeding. i think it shoud be piles. kindly suggest me best doctor and also suggent me me doing treatment from Homoeopathy doctor or allopathic Doctor................. one thing more please suggent me best test to identify the problem and lavel. thanks i will be wait yor best asnwer. thanks again.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history passing very hard stools, and getting uncomfortable after that, no bleeding and wants to know further details as asked for.
When there is hard stool and one becomes uncomfortable, without bleeding, this is just an injury locally, may be in the form for stretching and abrasions to actual fissure in ano.
I would advise you to try this first:
Sitz bath in a tub with warm water.
Laxatives to keep the stools soft.
Anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen to keep inflammation at bay.
Make a list of foods and beverages that cause constipation and to stop them altogether.
high fiber diet with plenty of water orally.
This will solve your problem.
