What Causes Hard White Bumps On My Labia Minora?

I have two hard white bumps on my labia minora. They don t hurt or itch, they don t seem like hair bumbs or pimples containing pus. Seems more like a hard really small marble under the skin and don t hurt at all when manipulated and don t itch. Should I be worried?

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely Bartholinitis or bartholin cyst. You can show a gynecologist or GP to rule out that. You can apply hot towel on it.In such case i advise betadine ointment for local application. If no improvement then i advise antibiotics like clindamycin as vaginal suppository or as oral tab.In case of abscess i advise incision and drainage.I also recommend my patients to use intimate wash regularly to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH and there by prevent from getting further infections.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
