What Causes Harsh Arthritis Dull Ache In Mid To Lower Esophagus That Goes Down The Whole Arm?
I have very bad acid reflux . recently Ihave been experiencing a harsh arthritis dull ache in my mid to lower esophagus that goes down my whole arm . After 2 hours it goes away , but when it happens it is very painful . I cannot sit or lay down . What could this be ?

I really appreciate your concern, I had gone through the history given here and I could say that if this is the acid reflux disease then it has to be managed with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg (PPI) with Domperidone 20 mg both the drugs needs to be taken at evening time once in day and it has to be continued for six weeks hope this information helps.
