What Causes Head And Stomach Pain After Falling Down?
Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... My 4 year old almost 5 year old brother fell off the couch onto hard wood floor and he said his head and stomach hurt and he puked 3 times already. I just want to know if he is going to be fine or not.

Hi,
If there was no loss of consciousness after fall and he is not drowsy, try giving him Paracetamol for pain and Ondansetron 4mg tablet for vomiting. If headache or vomiting continues, kindly take him to emergency without further delay, as we will have to rule out head injury then.
