What Causes Head Blockage With Throat Pain And Ear Swelling?

Dear Dr. my head always blocked like something chipka hua hai, my throat is always in pain, my ears are like swelling inside, nothing come in test like city scan, sugar, colestrol & other tests, i could not focus on my work, sometimes feels peoples are speaking is flash back, sir sunn rahta hai

Your symptoms could be related to an allergic reaction. I recommend checking allergy tests and performing a throat discharge bacterial culture for possible strep infection. It is also important checking thyroid hormone levels for possible thyroid gland dysfunction. If these tests result normal, you should consider anxiety and depression as the main causes underlying your complaints.
