What Causes Head Shake And Pain After Brain Concussion?

Hi,a truck hit me like 9-10 years ago,i had a slight brain concussion,now im training box Im 16 years old,and sometimes when im boxing at home(practicing) when i hit my head shakes abit and i feel slight pain sometimes,could you explain me why is this happening please
