General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The assembly of symptoms of headache, abdomen pain, fever and light headache indicate possible intestine infection through some sort of bacteria (as typhoid fever), virus or else. In my clinic, I do recommend primary care with symptomatic approach after history and physical examination. In some of the cases, one may require basic lab tests evaluation depending upon the issue pertaining to time.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
