What Causes Headache After Suffering From A Concussion?

I got a concussion in late December from wrestling practice. I missed around a month of school but was cleared from activity after about 6 weeks. But since then my head throbs every now and then when i do physical activity. It doesn't hurt but i still feel pounding in my head. Does this mean i am still not recovered yet?

Hi.

While this still could be from the concussion it may be a tension headache from spasm of your neck muscles and muscle relaxants would help that.

You should see a neurologist about it
