What Causes Headache After Taking Crestor And Targit?

hello, my doctor prescribed Crestor 20mg and Targit 40 for high cholesterol and high BP. I am 32 years old. However, I have had a couple of very bad headaches as it seems that one of these medicines is trigerring a migraine attack. Further, my stomach has been very upset since i startd these medications and i am feeling a warm sensation in my stomach. Could you kindlylet me kn safe for me to take Shankh Vati? Also, what can i do to avoid my headaches? Thanks for your kind help.
