What Causes Headache Along With Lower Backache And Sore Throat?
my son is 13 he is not feeling well he slept all day yesterday was sick to his stomach last night is complaining he has a headache his neck is sore is lower back is sore and his throat is very sore and gets dizzy when he stands up and has not ate much since yesterday morning

Your child's symptoms are due to sore throat . He must be having fever and associated headache , backache and loss of appetite . I will suggest saline gargles . Antibiotics as tab Azithromycin once a day and tab Paracetamol for body pains and fever .Ask him to take rest for 4 or 5 days and he will recover well .
