Hello
Red brown clots in stool could be blood clots and it's matter of concern

If I were your treating doctor I would have advised for stool test for occult blood and protozoa or its ova and cyst.

Headache could be related to anxiety and stress of the exams or any other reasons

In my opinion you should take adequate rest, good balanced diet, multivitamin and minerals supplements
Have lots of fluids like plain water and ORS solution to counter dehydration and electrolytic imbalances.

If it doesn't improve than you should visit a nearest doctor for physical examination and further course of action.

Best wishes
