What Causes Headache And Dizziness With Diabetes?

Hey i'm a 47yrs old man, i've been diagnosed with diabetes, i'm impotent have no feelings on feet, getting headaches and dizziness from time to time, sometimes i'm constipated for 2 days them diarrhea for entire day, swelling of my feet,on insulin and tablets but it's high. (MY DOC SAID I HAVE CHRONIC KIDNEY FAILURE) please tell me what i should do. thanks

Sorry for hearing that you are in so many troubles.
But truely speaking all of the above problems you stated cannot be reverted back to normal. Its all because your disease was unnoticed or unattended over a long period, which have already progressed with organ damage.
But good news is that, the troubles you face can be reduced to extent to make your life comfortable. There are various treatment protocols that can help you with dizziness, numbness, your kidneys, eyes, heart etc. Speak to your primary care physician.
