Hey i'm a 47yrs old man, i've been diagnosed with diabetes, i'm impotent have no feelings on feet, getting headaches and dizziness from time to time, sometimes i'm constipated for 2 days them diarrhea for entire day, swelling of my feet,on insulin and tablets but it's high. (MY DOC SAID I HAVE CHRONIC KIDNEY FAILURE) please tell me what i should do. thanks
