Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

I understand your concern and would explain that his symptoms seem to be related to possible intracranial hemorrhage or any other complication of a head trauma.
The fever is not typical of intracranial hemorrhage, and may indicate an infection or be related to epilepsy seizures (the twitching feet may be seizures).

I recommend you to bring him as soon as possible to the ER for a careful physical exam, a brain CT scan and a complete blood count.

He may need urgent treatment.

Hope to have been of help!
Feel free to ask any other questions whenever you need!
Kind regards,
Dr. Aida
