What Causes Headache And Nausea After A Head Injury?

I received a blow to the R side of the head and part of my cheek and jaw. I saw some stars but was not lose conciousness. The injury happened five days ago. The swelling to my face has subsided drastically as I iced the area for about four hours immediately following the trauma. Yesterday I experienced not only an increase in pain in the affected area, but also some pain in my inner ear as well as a headache. Today the headache is still apparent, and I am quite nauseus. Did I suffer a concussion, and if so, do I need to see a Dr immediately? My PCP will not be in back in for 3 more days. My memory and balance, etc all seem to be okay. Flourescent lights at my job seem to be exacerbating the headache and the nausea.
