What Causes Headache And Soreness In Neck After Drinking?
My friend was drunk last night and hit her head behind her left ear really hard on the corner of a wall. She was unconscious for a little while and then she was puking. She was puking again when she woke up this morning and now she has a headache and a sore neck. There is a hard bump behind her ear that feels like bone and hurts really bad especially when you touch it

The history of head injury is here, this is the rule that in head injury patient should be kept under the observation for 24 hours to 48 hours, because any thing could happen during this period, here if she does not have any central nervous system related symptoms then its okay, if you see alter sensorium then she would be taken to hospital, meanwhile you can give her pain killer medicine if needed. hope this information helps you, have good day.
