What Causes Headache And Spitting Of Blood After A Head Injury?

My father has had several severe head injuries in his life and a week ago he hit his head on the water several times while water skiing/ tubing. He has headache ever sense and is now spittng up blood. Could this just be a disturbance to his sinuses or could there be something worse going on?

I really appreciate your concern for your mother and let me tell you that if this is the head injury then ideally this need to be investigated for internal brain injury and the best option is CT head this would clear the doubt such symptoms and history must not be underestimated, take care and have a nice day.
