HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, diarrhea, nausea, or vomiting, headache, all of these seems to be indication of infection and it may be viral infection, viral infection may not need any treatment but just care needs to be taken for dehydration, of course symptoms of headache and nausea vomiting demands the attention for symptomatic relief, apart from this if this is the bacterial infection then it may needs antibiotic like Ciprofloxacin and onrindazole, for nausea and vomiting, Domperidone can be used.
Tension headache could be due to depress, stress condition, Migraine need to be ruled out, try to get enough of sleep
hope this information helps.
