What Causes Headache During Sexual Intercourse In Males?

I m 45, male in very reasonable health, 6 2 215 lbs medium build with diabetes type 2. I get pain in the back of my head when having sex or more to the point close to climax. not during just real close to climax. it just started. the last 3 times in an 24 hr period. it gives me like a sudden headache but goes away in a few minutes. really scary, aneurism or stroke that s what it feels like. on all kinda meds that I ve been taking for years with nothing like this ever happening to me.

Hello and welcome.
It seems like there is some circulatory problem since sexual intercourse raised blood pressure and heart pulse and it may lead to headaches. Most common causes are essential hypertension or migraines and you should regulate your blood pressure and blood sugar. Stroke is not option but neck blood vessels issue may be underlyng cause so you should see neurologist in every case. Regards.
