What Causes Headache , Fatigue And Stomach Bloating?
Dear Doctor i am 29 years male my name is pawan & i am from india. i have body ache, muscle pain, Headache,sleeping problem, fatigue, stomach upset from 2-3 days. specially my legs ache a lot. and from few months i m noticing that my body getting thin, even though i m dieting well (having a glass of milk in breakfast). Pls suggest some healthy diet or tips, i m very tense to see my body like this. I dont want to look thin. Email id - YYYY@YYYY

Please follow these guidelines You should take anti acidity medicines like pantoprazole or ranitidine group for drugs with antacids for 3 to 5 days. You can take acetaminophen for headache Have lots of fresh fruit and vegetables Multivitamins and nutrional supplements are advisable you should exercise regularly which will help in body building and maintaining good health. If you can add milk and dairy products like butter, ghee cheese and eggs or meats if you really wish to put on more weight.
