What Causes Headache, Fatigue And Stomach Bloating?

Here are my symptoms. I m not sure what my issue is. I m hoping for some possible insight. I have a constant headache in the front of my head, always fatigued, stomach bloating, nausea, burp and am gassy a lot, and am gaining weight just looking at food. I eat very minimally. I am a 46 year old female.

hello , when these symptoms start to appear ? you need to do CBC for the fatigue , and h.pylori for the stomach bloating and nausea then tell me
