What Causes Headache, Fatigue, Bloating And Constipation?

Hi I ve been suffering with headaches, fatigue, bloatedness and constipation daily for a year.. I also have other symptoms that are less common and happen once and a while such as nausea and dizziness.. I ve just today started with an aching pain in left arm for no reason... Do you have any idea what the combination of these symptoms could be? Before all this I was generally quite healthy I m 28. I ve also been given treatment for anaemia and Ibs due to symptoms above but not really helped thanks kirsty

Hi
If i would be your treating doctor i would advice you to take
triphala churna 1-2 tsp with water at bed time (for digestion problem)
This medicine is not given without prescription so consult to local doctor.
