What Causes Headache, Nausea And Weakness?

I don’t feel good. 33 years old no children. Mtfvr pcos treatment with metformin also Wellbutrin for depression. I am a very busy business woman. Went to auction today out of town. I didn’t eat much this morning. I had some cuties and nuts. About 3:00 I started not to feel good. Started with headache. Nausea. The smell of anything made me more nauseous. Weak. I finally ate some chicken broth and sandwhich and a honey bun trying to feel better. Felt like I was going to pass out even 1 hour later. It’s almost 9 and my head still hurts if I moved I get weak and nauseous. Also I haven’t been taking my medicine at all for about a month. What do you think may be going on? Thanks
