What Causes Headache, Nausea With Repeated Vomiting?

Hi, last night I felt unbelievably nauseous, and I ended up rushing to the bathroom to throw up...and I thought that would be the last time so I went back to bed and I was shivering from being so cold, and I couldn't quite sleep because I was still nauseous and I ended up waking up at some points and running back to the bathroom to throw up several times. When I got up this morning I could barely walk without feeling absolutely weak and breathing heavily, and I've slept throughout the day for short periods. Right now I have a terrible headache.

Hello,

As you have vomiting for several times along with cold and shivering, as a physician, I would say the common causes are:

1) Gastritis
2) Acidity
3) Indigestion
4) Gastroenteritis
5) Intestinal obstruction
6) Abdominal conditions like gall bladder stone, renal stone and many more

You didn't get proper sleep whole night and that's reason of terrible headache. Now, you can take tablet Ondem, Electral powder with water, and tablet pantoprazole.

Along with that drink a lot of fluid, keep yourself well hydrated, take a soft diet and maintain proper hygiene. I will suggest you to review here with detailed history or consult with the physician.
