What Causes Headache, Vertigo, Nausea And Joint Pain?

I have spent over a week with a headache that comes and goes along with vertigo, nausea, joint pain on the left side of the body that turns into pins and needles, weakness/fatigue, feeling out of breath, and now pressure in my head. No ringing in the ears but there is constant click. When I take naproxen the headache decreases along with the dizziness but I become wired and can t sleep (insomnia). I have been to the doctors office and they have tested my vitals. My BP was normal, EKG was normal, electrolytes normal, iron/hemoglobin normal, thyroid normal, creatine normal, glucose normal, ALT normal, and wbc normal.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you may be having recent viral infection as you headache, vertigo, nausea and joint pain . You can continue to take naproxen as it is giving relief to you. For insomnia you can take mild sedative such as alprazolam. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. Viral infection resolve themselves in nearly 2-3 weeks. I do hope that you have found something helpful. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. Wishing you good health. Take care.
